This luxury weekend retreat was offered at the gorgeous Sunrise Resort at Harbor Village in Garden City, Utah - the home of the famous Bear Lake, dubbed the Caribbean of the Rockies.

Yogis explored deeper HEALing through several modalities including posture clinics, chakra HEALing workshops, silent hikes through the pines, SUP yoga on the lake, beach cruisers, and of course - the famous raspberry shakes of Bear Lake.

We will be offering this retreat in August 2024 on a much larger scale, with guided outdoor adventures, activities, immersive workshops and breakout sessions designed to allow you to explore HEALing at your own pace.
