Now at HEAL, you can reserve a lunch in addition to your 30 min Lunch Flow on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:30 p.m. No more worrying about how you're going to fit yoga into your lunch hour - we got you! Because eating well is just as important as moving well!
These MUST be reserved by 9 am so that we can have your food ready! Precedence will be given to bookings first.
OPTION 1: Thankful Turkey: Honey whole wheat, turkey, Great Harvest stuffing, house made cranberry cream cheese & lettuce. (1/2 sandwich)
OPTION 2: Adam & Eve: High-5 Fiber Whole wheat, provolone, poppy seed dressing, fresh apple slices, tomato, red onion, cucumber & spinach. (1/2 sandwich)
OPTION 3: Rikki's Vegan Kick: Sourdough, apple slices, green pepper, onion, tomato, jalapenos, spicy brown mustard, s&p, & a touch of O-Town Pineapple Jalapeno jam. (1/2 sandwich)
All options come with a cookie, pickle wedge and drink, : choose from variety of flavored seltzer waters or bottled water.
