Now at HEAL, you can reserve a lunch in addition to your 30 min Lunch Flow on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:30 p.m. No more worrying about how you're going to fit yoga into your lunch hour - we got you! Because eating well is just as important as moving well!
These MUST be reserved by 9 am so that we can have your food ready! Precedence will be given to bookings first.
OPTION 1: Josh is a Turkey: Honey whole wheat, turkey, swiss, seasoned mayo, sprouts, fresh avocado. (1/2 sandwich)
OPTION 2: Susie's Savory: Open faced on sourdoughs ranch cream cheese pesto, cucumber, oregano, balsamic vinegar, & olive oil
OPTION 3: PB & J: Creamy peanut butter & raspberry jam on honey whole wheat. (full sand)
All options come with a cookie, pickle wedge and drink, : choose from variety of flavored seltzer waters or bottled water.
