Now at HEAL, you can reserve a lunch in addition to your 30 min Lunch Flow on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:30 p.m. No more worrying about how you're going to fit yoga into your lunch hour - we got you! Because eating well is just as important as moving well!
These MUST be reserved the day prior to class by 3:00 p.m. so that we can have your food ready! Precedence will be given to bookings first.
OPTION 1: Albacore Tuna Salad on Squaw bread with cucumber, tomato, and red onion, served with side of kale slaw. (1/2 sandwich)
OPTION 2: Beet Salad: Black truffle salt roasted beets, mandarin orange, mixed greens, goat cheese, walnuts, and cold-pressed vinaigrette.
OPTION 3: Hummus, avocado, lettuce, pepperoncini, alfalfa sprouts and vegan aioli on squaw bread, served with side of kale slaw. (1/2 sandwich)
All options come with a drink: choose from variety of flavored seltzer waters or bottled water.
OPTIONAL: Upgrade your drink for $1.50 and choose from flavored BAI Antioxidant drink or antioxidant water for $1.50 more. Add to cart, or pay on site!
