Classes at HEAL are designed with you in mind. We tend to slow things down a bit more in our studio, allowing you to relax and unwind, finding relief from the stressors of life.
For beginners and advanced yogis alike, this class is sure to inspire you! Posturing, anatomy, breath, and movement all align in this combination of Hatha and Vinyasa styles.
For all levels. This style of yoga is a quieter, calmer way to connect with your body through longer postures and breath work. A great way to access the connective tissue around joints, much like peeling the layers off an onion. It can be challenging to quiet the mind and sit with the body, but you'll be glad you did!
An invigorating 45 minute practice to put you in touch with your breath and your body. Flowy and fun, this class is designed to make you smile!
A calming, soothing guided meditation practice designed to take you on a journey - through your own subconscious mind. Contributes to higher quality sleep, overall healing and reduction of stress.
